• Acetonitrile RS
• Methanol RS
• 85% w/v phosphoric acid
• Sodium lauryl sulphate
• 2N sodium hydroxide
• Purified Water
• Doxorubicin Hydrochloride (Working Standard)
• Methyl p-hydroxybenzoate (Working Standard)

Mobile phase

Acetonitrile: water: methanol: 85% w/v phosphoric acid (290:540:170:2) containing 1 g/l of sodium laurylsulphate. Adjust to pH 3.5  0.1 with 2N sodium hydroxide.

Reference solution would more than make sense in the context.

Thank you, Cilian! I considered this option but I doubt that reference standard can be used for making the mobile phase (see the context). Do you think it is possible that they recommend using reference standards for making mobile phase?
