: aunque "no tienen y necesitan" transmite prácticamente el mismo significado, esta fórmula es más fiel al original, aunque creo que falta una coma después de requieren...

En el caso de la segunda pregunta opté por dejar las 2 interrogantes al principio y juntas:

Sin embargo, no sé si procedería dicho cambio.
