I understand this is a jeringa desechable but not sure about the clic and no retorno here many thanks

Explanation:
"No return" en este caso, que ya no se puede usar o es desechable. "Click" es una palabra muy comun que se usa sin traducir y que tiene muchos significados, aqui para entenderse le estoy sugiriendo el uso de "útil", "efectiva", "expecial".
