misspelling for "first class pre-paid post"?

I would check with your client, I wonder if there is a misspelling in the English. I think first class pre-paid post would make more sense:
Todas las notificaciones en virtud del presente contrato se harán por escrito y se entregarán bien personalmente o bien mediante correo prefranqueado prioritario o telex o fax dirigido a la otra parte
