Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / contracts
English term or phrase: likeness
It's in a license agreement and I know it refers to the representations similar to the licensed ones but I can't find a proper word in Spanish.
The full sentence is: "products refering to the characters or their likeness".

Any suggestion?? Thank you!!

imagen

Explanation:
I know you have already chosen an answer, but I really think that in this case your text refers to the "likeness of the characters", i.e., "su imagen", as in the following definition, 3rd sense

like·ness (lkns)
n.
The state, quality, or fact of being like; resemblance.
An imitative appearance; a semblance.
**A pictorial, graphic, or sculptured representation of something; an image**.

Likeness is commonly used in this way in licensing agreements:

Use of Name and/or Likeness of Bill Gates:
The name and likeness of Bill Gates are protected by publicity and privacy rights. Microsoft does not allow the name or likeness of Bill Gates, nor the Microsoft corporate name, to be used in a way that would imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of third party products, companies, or services by Microsoft and/or Bill Gates. Permission will not be granted for these types of requests.

For what it's worth.
