English term

Chihuahuan

Non-PRO English to Spanish Science Geology
Which is correct?

Do you use one over the other depending on what you are talking about

The term is "Chihuahuan Desert"

Would it be "desierto chihuahueño" or "desierto chihuahuense"?

Thank you
