Me encuentro traduciendo una encuesta de productos para mascotas y me encuentro una pregunta que dice así:
For each of your (insert total number of dogs/puppies/cats/kittens from dummy punch) (dogs/cats), please type the pet’s name in the chart below, along with whether they are a dog or cat.
No sé a qué se refiere con "dummy punch". Ya busqué en google y no encuentro nada relacionado al contexto.

En cuanto a "punch":
Multi Punch: Allows a respondent to select any number of answers from the list available.
Single Punch: Allows a respondent to only select one from the list of available answers.

Ajustando un poco las definiciones y para no ser innecesariamente verboso, sugiero: opciones (o categorías) de la lista (desplegable)
