"Rule 15c3-3 under the Securities and Exchange act specifies certain conditions under which brokers and dealers carrying customer accounts are required to maintain cash or **qualified securities** in a special reserve bank account.
Tricky in my opinion. Does it mean first-class securities or securities with certain limitations?
