I, XY ("Owner") for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, hereby grant to XY Ltd ("Producer") and its respective parents, subsidiaries... permission to enter upon and use the property, its contents appurtenances located at XY (the "Property") for the purposes of photographing and recording certain scenes in connection with the production of the program currently entitled XY for XY LLC. All physical embodiments of filming, recording and photography on the Property, including the use of the Property's/Owner's name, shall hereinafter be known as the "Materials."
