English to Serbian Other Music RADIO AGENCY LICENSE AGREEMENT

Licensor is in the business of licensing music for commercial uses and owns or controls the copyright and
licensing rights to hundreds of thousands of music tracks. For these music tracks, this includes both the master recordings and underlying music compositions (hereinafter the "Works"). Licensor licenses the Works for use in commercial background music service and further, Licensor operates a music service that is a subscription-based commercial background music service system (hereinafter "Radio NN" or "Service)
