staviti zabranu raspolaganja

Kako ja vidim ovu rečenicu:
If a creditor or encumbrancer of the Distributor attaches or takes possession of the whole or any part of its assets and such attachment or process is not discharged within 14 days.
... or a distress, execution, sequestration or other such process is levied or enforced on or sued against, the whole or any part of its assets and such attachment or process is not discharged within 14 days.

- ako poverilac Distributera stavi zabranu/ograniči raspolaganje njegovom imovinom ili mu oduzme imovinu (sredstva)...

finansijske poteškoće

Pozdrav Bogdane,
verovatno vam je promaklo da se "to attach" odnosi na zaplenu ili blokiranje, npr. "blokiranje računa", a "distres" je poput ostalih, nakon njega navedenih postupaka zaseban pojam.
