English to Serbian Tech/Engineering Engineering (general)

- • Site wide infrastructure works including: -
o High voltage distribution
o Transformers / RMUs
o Street / external lighting
o Power for ancillary landscaping features

- Potable cold water storage tanks will be provided throughout the site as shown on the sketch attached to this report. Tanks will be located either below ground, in purpose built remote plantrooms or within plantrooms in individual buildings.

Provision will also be made for connections to water features and irrigation systems. It is intended that surface water runoff will be collected in large storage tanks and used for irrigation as much as possible.

- Surface / Irrigation Water

The existing site benefits from a number surface water open drainage channels, ditches, culverts, underground pipes and manholes to drain the existing buildings, roads and hardstanding areas. These existing drainage features also accommodate rain water runoff from the larger upstream catchment north of the site. All surface water runoff collected both on and off site discharge directly to the sea at a number of outfall points. It would appear that the most significant discharge is into the marina from the open drainage channel (this channel is culverted below existing buildings for some of its length) that collects and conveys runoff from the eastern off-site upstream catchment.

- Surface water runoff will be collected and managed to provide additional non potable sources for irrigation. With some filtration and minor treatment, this water may also be used to compensate for surface evaporation from water features.

- Water will be provided from suitable sources to feed water features, ponds, fountains etc.
