Salon (soba) za poslovne i romantične sastanke
Možda smešno zvuči, ali smatram da je istina. Postoji jedna vrsta prostorije, često u restoranima, hotelima, predviđena za romantične i poslovne sastanke. Večere u miru, sa porodicom ili prijateljima. Ovde se, vrlo pretpostavljam, radi o ugradnji termičke (toplotne) izolacije za takvu vrstu sobe. Za prostoriju u kojoj je dizel agregat pre bi tražili da se postavi zvučna izolacija.
Normally you should have the whole project, or at least know what the whole project is about.
the "diesel room" in your text could literally be that - a big room with a large tank full of diesel located next to or close to the "boiler room" if the diesel is used for heating - in THAT scenario the thermal insulation of the room where is a big tank of diesel would make sense.
