"Yesterday Was Hard On All Of Us"
Where do we go from here?
Where do we go?
And is it real or just something we think we know?
Where are we going now?
Where do we go?
Cause if it's the same as yesterday, you know I'm out, just so you know,
Because, because our paths they cross,
Yesterday was hard on all of us, on all of us,
Who can we trust from here?
Who can we trust?
And are you real or just something from wanderlust?
Who can you trust when ears we flower?
Who can you trust?
From cradle to grave, from ashes to ashes, from dust to dust,
Because, because our paths they cross,
Yesterday was hard on all of us, on all of us
Where do we go from here?

Thank you, David. It's fun to imagine all sorts of "ear" things, though. I had a vision of the flowering ears of the doomed corn :-)

: It's hard to hear, but I think you're right. Otherwise, the lyrics make NO SENSE.

Mariya, Sofia, Dilshod - thank you. I listened to a couple of recordings of the song, and I hear "my dear sweet flower" still.

Discussion
There are several printed versions of that line posted on the Internet; I suspect different people wrote down the words as they heard them, without actually seeing the lyrics. That's why we get 'here, dear, ears, etc.' The available audio recordings, rather than the printed lyrics, are our best bet, I think.
It was just a moment of inspiration. While now it’s a moment to observe how my flower ears can get flowered. :-) Instead of finding the original text of the poem I rushed to reply. It's fair enough to translate the original, unlike the customer Really wanted to give it the meaning I’ve suggested.
Iberi would know more about the customer, of course.
