Dynamic viscosity can be measured by techniques known to the person skilled in the art. A suitable technique is to average the results of a two- fold determination at a temperature of 20°C and a shear rate of ranging from 1 to 100 s~: (up and down) performed with a controlled-stress rheometer ( Bohl in CVO 120) equipped with a 25 mm-diameter concentric cylinder geometry . The composition optionally comprises a variety of other components. For instance, the composition optionally comprises sugar (i.e. sucrose) and/or one or more sugar substitutes such as mannitol, sorbitol, erythritol, aspartame, sucralose and saccharin. The total amount of sugar and/or sugar substitutes included in the composition can, in some embodiments , be 0-30 wt . % or 5 -25 wt . % .
