Yes, I'd found that. Error scoring per user could be as simple as counting the number of typos or much more sophisticated pattern recognition e.g. 'Reoccurring typing and spelling errors may be a stable source of user behavior. As an example, subject 1 may frequently transpose the command “more” as “mroe".'

I'd be inclined to rephrase (or give a TN) as "assigning a score to user input errors".

Статья о компьютерной безопасности. Глубоко не вникал, но думаю, что такое command scoring, можно понять из раздела 5.2.2 Command Option Selection - то есть оценивается, что именно вводит пользователь (какие команды, с какими ключами и т.д.).

This looks like intruder detection in a computerized system. So the errors would be user input errors. They first need to be detected (Обнаружение ошибок пользовательского ввода) and then a score assigned to measure the likelihood that the user is an imposter.
