LTERATIONS AND/OR AMENDMENTS
Any additions or changes that the Purchaser might want to make on the sold House and if they are possible to be done and they are covered by the laws and regulations established by the Cyprus Government, those changes will be done within one month after signing the present agreement and after providing written and in time notice in order to avoid damages *that they will be burdened by the Vendor*.
