pump trip due to overcurrent (NPP)
* As the EO sent to 2A Circulating Water pump breaker (wait 3 min), then report: “2A Circulating Water pump breaker has an overcurrent TARGET UP”.
* While refilling the refueling cavity a Residual Heat Pump tripped on Phase A overcurrent. The control board amp meter did peg high and pump tripped immediately. The operators report a TARGET UP for phase A overcurrent at the breaker and that the Residual Heat Pump check locally is normal with no signs of an abnormal indication.

В релейной защите target - это дополнительный выключатель (или иногда механический индикатор), установленный на автоматический выключатель для дистанционного (или местного) контроля его состояния. В данном случае этот выключатель/контактная группа указывает на срабатывание АВ по сверхтоку.
