Cred ca se refera la materialul ce este difuzat la TV intre emisiuni, atunci cand au nevoie sa "umple" spatiul intre doua emisiuni. De ex - daca un film se termina la fara un sfert si altul incepe la fix, trebuie umplut un sfert de ora cu ceva - mici reportaje, muzica, etc.
