Link-ul pe care l-am atasat este de pe site-ul Microsoft.
"Use this procedure to create interest notes that have a fee but that do not calculate interest. For example, you might charge a fee every time that you send interest notes to remind customers of overdue charges that they owe." Din fraza citata, rezulta ca este vorba de penalitati pentru intarzieri de plata, nu de dobanzi.

Nu. Aveti dreptate. Este vorba de o notificare a dobanzilor pentru clientii unei banci sau al unui organism care imprumuta (da) bani.
"All of these actions change an interest note, which is the business document that informs a customer when interest or fees have been charged to their account." (de pe acelais site). Nu reuseam sa inteleg din ce punct de vedere este tratata problema acestor notificari.

: Este vorba de dobanda. Daca ar fi fost penalitati, i s-ar spune "late payment charges" sau ceva in genul.
