This is part of a Study Services Agreement between an Angolan Oil Company (Company A) and an Offshore Company (Company B)
Whereas Company B has expertise in the offshore oil and gas exploration and production industry and the marine industry in general.
Whereas Company A desires to use Company B's services for consulting engineering, construction supervision, etc.
3. Records and Audit
COMPANY B agrees to maintain true and correct records and documentation relating to the Services it performs under this Agreement. COMPANY A shall have the right to have an independent certified public accounting firm to audit the records and documentation that relates to the Services, maintained by COMPANY B at COMPANY B’s offices during normal business hours until 6 months following completion of the relevant Services.
