English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright

All work, IPR or other results, including but not limited to copyrights to all computer programs, documents, elaborations, reports, and other creations created or developed as an outcome of this agreement, irrespective of whether they have been created independently or in cooperation with other persons shall be the property of the Customer including the right to modify and deliver such rights forward as well as any other fields of exploitation
