Co oznacza, że ten sam adwokat/pełnomocnik nie może reprezentować obydwu stron w sprawie rozwodowej w NJ. Jedyną sytuacją, w której obydwie strony korzystają z tego samego prawnika jest przypadek kiedy obydwie strony potrzebują "wspólnego neutralnego mediatora" (this lawyer is serving as your joint neutral mediator).

Rozumiem, że jedna ze stron złożyła "complaint" czyli pozew/powództwo o rozwiązanie małżeństwa przez rozwód. Natomiast druga strona złożyła "counterclaim". Czego ono dotyczy?

No i mamy p. Panią Barbarę Dent, która występuje jako pełnomocnik (pozwanej/pozwanego?) zarówno w complaint jak i w counterclaim?
