Actually, the abvove term was translated from the German original i.e. "Loslösung des Glaskörpers von der Netzhaut". However, the client now would prefer to see this as a Latin term. Thanks in advance for your help.

NB you will find English translations of this Latin expression as "ablation of vitreum" - this is absolutely incorrect.
