Explanation:
Just in case...

Since ALL car names in Japan, even of Japanese manufacturers, are loan words from European Languages, since these are felt to have more prestige, it would be strange to say the least to translate the name of a foreign car. I recommend therefore that a phoneticisation of the English should be used - hence the answer above.

Incidentally however, deadly can be translated as ”致死性”(chishisei) "死命的な" (shimeitekina) ”致死的な”(chishitekina), ”猛毒”(moudoku), "毒”(doku) amoung other things.

Since "Deddori" is not a familiar loan word, and death is not so cool in Japan (even more taboo evidenced by forinstance the way that most terminal care patients are not told they are dying) you might consider a completely different name for the car, such as say, Poison ("ポイゾン"、"poizon").
