I'm trying to write a sign that says "Please wipe your paws", next to a cat flap.
I've got as far as "per favore asciughi" but I'm getting lots of different answers when trying to translate "paw" - one turned out quite rude!
Can anyone help?

paw is zampa. as for your sentence, I'd say "si prega di asciugarsi le zampe" or "per favore, asciugatevi le zampe" or simply "asciugarsi le zampe, grazie"...
