Con il termine "relief" si intende in generale un rimedio o una tutela e, a seconda del contesto in cui viene utilizzato, è da intendersi riferito a provvedimenti giudiziari che possono variamente definirsi come cautelari, urgenti, sospensivi, accessori ecc.
Nel tuo caso mi pare che potresti renderlo utilmente con una delle espressioni che ti ho indicato qui sopra. La scelta dipende anche dal modo in cui hai tradotto le locuzioni "motion to vacate" citate nel tuo testo con riferimento alle azioni, rispettivamente, del 14 marzo 2020 e del 6 agosto 2020.
In alternativa potresti impiegare il termine più generico "impugnazione" che comprende tutte le categorie: "...per impugnare la sentenza XXX della Corte/del Tribunale...".
