This would be to put the "will" in there literally, which is not necessary, though. So while in English it's in Future Tense, in Hungarian the Present Tense works just fine. (But if you prefer, you can also say it in future.)

Ildikó is most probably right in making connection between this sentence and the previous ones. I think it is better to repeat (ie specify) what is meant by `sure about’. The sentence above means: `If you are not sure whether I am allergic to what I have ordered, I will order something else.’ (valami = something) can be omitted in the Hungarian.
So: this is not the word-to-word translation – István has given that one. This is what I would say in the situation, to avoid any ambiguity. Also, this sounds more natural than the formal expression `biztos afelől’.
I used singular – plural is not necessary. Should you need it:
Ha nem biztos abban, hogy nem vagyok allergiás azokra, amiket rendeltem, majd rendelek (valami) mást.

Other opption:
Ha nem biztos abban, hogy megehetem, amit rendeltem, majd rendelek (valami) mást.

Ie if you are not sure whether I can eat what I have ordered…
