פְלֶשְׁבֶּק, הֶבְזֵק לְאָחוֹר Definition from Babylon Dictionary/ Wikipedia: פלשבק הוא מושג בנרטולוגיה (חקר הדרך בה בנויים ומסופרים סיפורים) המשמש במיוחד בתסריטאות והמתאר אירוע בעלילה הקודם לאירוע שאליו הגיעה העלילה בסצינה הקודמת, המראה את ה"עבר" שקדם לאותה הסצינה. הפלשבק קרוי גם "אנלפסיס" (analepsis), והיפוכו הינו ה"פרולפסיס" (prolepsis) המראה את ה"עתיד" הרחוק יותר של הזמן בו מתרחשת העלילה, מתוך כוונה לשוב לרצף הזמן לאחר סיום הסצינה.
