An arrangement whereby a security issue is cancelled if the underwriter is unable to resell the entire issue.

GeoS Συμφωνώ με την απόδοση αλλά σύμφωνα με αναθεώρηση της νομολογίας περί αναδοχής η μη δυνατότητα πώλησης από τον ανάδοχο του αναληφθέντος ποσού (με τη μορφή τίτλων...) συνεπάγεται ακύρωση της σειράς των τίτλων που εκδόθηκε προς αυτό το σκοπό και όχι απλή ακύρωση της εντολής αναδοχής. Αυτό συμβαίνει γιατί σε πρώτη φάση οι τίτλοι εκδίδονται με σκοπό την αναδοχή τους, οπότε εφόσον αυτή δεν δύναται να περαιωθεί, η ίδια η έκδοση χάνει το σκοπό και την αιτιολογία τέλεσής της. (cf Stafylides, Xrysovitsiotis).
