8. Aesthetic behavior competence. Aesthetic aspects are becoming important in more and more work areas. This includes everything from the aesthetic of actions to services or products that are sup-posed to be aesthetically pleasing for those they are aimed at.
9. Ethical behavior competence. Every field of activity has its underlying ethical values that should be followed. To be competent therefore implies to be able to act with ethical awareness.
10. ***Developmental inclination competence***. This implies a readiness to be able to contribute to improving one’s own professional activities. The condition for this competence is a questioning and testing attitude toward a given task, goal or other working condition. It also implies a capacity for alternative thinking.
