ich spiele schon wieder Cricket (dieses Mal aber echt cricket) und verstehe nicht, wie die jemanden ausstumpen können? Stumps sind ja normalerweise Stäbe, aber wie sagt man nun dies:
Beware, if the bowling team stumps you out, you will lose four runs

Played cricket for years; I refer you to the Laws of Cricket on the site below:
http://www.lords.org/laws-and-spirit/laws-of-cricket/laws/la...
Please refer in particular to Laws 8 and 39; here you will find the German (!) version:

The expression you posted is slightly incorrect, as you see, but the majority of the key expressions are - not surprisingly perhaps - retained in English.

BTW, I don't know where the "you will lose four runs" penalty comes from at all; it may be a special rule agreed between two sides, but I'm as sure as I can be (without actually reading them through !!!) that it cannot be one of the Laws of cricket. Unless it's been introduced in the last few years.

In cricket wicket also means stumps. If the bowl bowled by the bowler hits the wickets, then it is said that the batsman has been stumped out. There are two other ways of getting a batsman out LBW(Leg before wicket) and Run out.
