I don't think they are speaking of risks, because the list appears like this (and is a positive list, containing "good news", not a list of risks/dangers/side effects/problems):

Systemic safety liability:
o Low systemic exposure
o Excellent systemic profile with less "systemischer Belastung" than immediate release intra-articular steroids

Alessandra, That's what I have actually asked about - I had thought the same as you "guaranteed systemic safety", but then I thought this is a big promise - no?

I just read your messages and realized I'm translating the same text from EN into IT; I was searching for some clarifications about this "liability"; as far as I can see, in my opinion it can be rendered as "good systemic safety" or "guaranteed systemic safety" or something like this. What do you think?

liability = Risiko, Gefährdung So verstehe ich das hier, und warum (angesichts der Unterpunkte) nicht positiv formulieren - ich denke, der Begriff "Sicherheit", wie schon vorgeschlagen, passt hier gut.

Dann... ...scheinen 'Anfälligkeit' und/oder 'Belastung' m. E. zu passen; allerdings müsste man 'liability' nicht unbedingt mit übersetzen:

• Systemische Sicherheit
o Low systemic exposure
o Excellent systemic profile with less "systemischer Belastung" than immediate release intra-articular steroids
• Local "Sicherheit" – comparable or better than other intra-articular therapies

Gibt's noch mehr Kontext? ...einen ganzen Satz oder einen Satz vorher/nachher?
Könnte es sein, dass der Text eine Rückübersetzung bzw. Übersetzung aus einer anderen Sprache ins Englische ist, und mit 'liability' Anfälligkeit oder Belastung gemeint ist - also im Sinne von Wahrscheinlichkeit/Häufigkeit des Auftretens von Nebenwirkungen (Abschnitt 4.8)??
