Pas d'autre exemple dans le texte que la présentation du bonhomme, sauf pour dire qu'il est responsable de tout ce qui se passe en cuisine.
Comme pour la q d'hier (https://www.proz.com/kudoz/english-to-french/tourism-travel/... il s'agit d'une pièce dans une procédure impliquant un hôtel de luxe et l'avocat de l'assureur cherche à convaincre M. le Juge que l'hôtel n'est pas responsable cette intoxication, par ses arguments bien sûr, mais aussi par sa présentation de l'établissement, d'où l'importance de la terminologie.
Est-ce que les spécialistes parmi vous des cuisines d'hôtels classieux auraient des idées ? Existe-t-il un titre reconnu pour le lider maximo de la cuisine de ce genre d'établissement ?

Le texte-source est britannique et nous ne savons pas si le "executive chef", ici, est en charge de plusieurs établissements de cette chaîne hôtelière.
Le 1er lien communiqué par Eric Nega ci-dessous semble confirmer l'interchangeabilité des 2 termes.

S'il travaille uniquement dans cet établissement (merci pour la précision, ph-b), on utilisera, en FR-FR, le terme de "chef de cuisine". Dans ce contexte, le terme "chef exécutif" n'a pas de sens.

Je suis d'accord que, sur de nombreux sites, l'on trouve l'appelation de "chef cuisinier" comme synonyme mais à la lecture des différences faites par des professionnels du métier, ce dernier a un plus un rôle de manager. Il opère généralement dans de grands établissements et est en charge aussi de l'exploitation de diverses structures. Ce qui est le cas d'après les indications du demandeur! Par ailleurs, il cuisine peu.
Enfin, bref... Il s'agit ici d'aider, avant tout, le collègue à trouver LE terme le plus approprié dans le contexte avancé.

: Le "responsable de tout ce qui se passe en cuisine" est le chef (cuisinier) [QC] ou chef de cuisine [FR]. Les "exécutifs" sont des gestionnaires; difficile alors de témoigner de ce qui s'est rendu dans une assiette...

"Executive" implies "more than one", in my opinion.

According to this link, there's a chef de cuisine and an executive chef. So, perhaps "chef des cuisines".
