Therefore there is a need of an universal, portable and easy to use hydration device tracker that can be attached by users of different life stages on their preferred beverage drinking containers, then they get reminders on the times to drink as well as being able to track themselves their level of hydration or let other people who could help to nudge and support the users

Currently, there is one smart hydration device tracker commercialized under the name H2Opal® that tracks the liquid intake using sensors, however this device does not allow the user to be reminded directly by the device, as they need to be checking their smartphones to receive notifications. There is no lights, sounds or any other means on the device to remind the person when to drink, so the user is only alerted via smartphones, which makes the implementation more difficult for users as they need to count on two devices to be keeping their intake goals.

The invention relates to an universal adjustable and portable smart hydration tracker to measure the liquid intake of water and other beverages from any drinking container as well as methods that adapt to any water or any other liquid drinking bottle or container, allowing users to
track their water or other beverages consumption and transmits this information to an electronic network or mobile devices.
