The phrase "known as" throws me in this sentence:
We shall be entitled to: use the Recordings either as a sequence on its own or preceded, interlaced or followed by such other scenes as we see fit, and in respect of the Recordings used or adapted for use in the Programme, you irrevocably and unconditionally waive the benefits of and agree not to assert any provision of law known as "moral rights" or any similar laws of any jurisdiction.
