een 'handelsvorm' lijkt me iets anders, een ander soort categorie
de stap van 'entity' naar 'vorm' lijkt me daarnaast niet juist

'entity' moet worden begrepen in de betekenis zoals in de wikipedia-referentie: 'small entity', 'large entity'

entiteit, werkelijk bestaand ding, eenheid
impliciet wordt naar een bedrijf verwezen

en een 'trading entity' is een een of ander bedrijf
