Deductible (Iznos ličnog učešća) je izraz koji se koristi kada osobe imaju pravo na pokriće osiguranjem Medicaid-a, čak i kada im je uračunati dohodak veći nego što je uobičajeno za Medicaid-ov standardni dohodak. U tom postupku, medicinski troškovi koje je osoba napravila tokom meseca oduzimaju se od dohotka te osobe za taj mesec.
