The poster kindly clarified that term in some context, as the slang term of "dirty bomb."

That is a media-invented term for an expedient/crude bomb reportedly composed of a main explosive charge (usually not of a nucear design) which is surrounded by a wrapped-on or taped-on outer layer of poisonous radioactive material. (Conversely, dangerous chemical compounds can be added for "booster effect" of the detonation.)

Detonation of the charge scatters small fragments and dust-like particles of the radioactive (or chemical) material inside the now-contaminated blast zone.

Accordingly, a close-equivalent English term might be "expedient bomb with a radioactive warhead charge" =

"القنابل الوسخة" أو "الملوثة" (DIRTY BOMBS). وعرف عن هذه القنابل بالقول انها نوع من القنابل النووية التي لا يتطلب إنتاجها الكثير من المهارة والخبرة وتقوم صناعتها على جمع مواد مشعة في حزمة مضغوطة، ويؤدي انفجارها إلى نشر موجات إشعاعية وسموم في الهواء وهذا ما أدى إلى تسميتها بـ"الوسخة" أو "الملوثة".
