English to Arabic Medical Medical: Health Care

1) Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B) bacteremia - Secondary to Aspiration pneumonia or UTI.
- Initial Urine dipstick +ve for leuk est and nitrates. Urine culture grew Candida.
- CXR showed changes in left base suggestive of infection or aspiration.
- Received 5 days of Tazocin, De-escalated to Oral Augmentin Day 6/10
- Echocardiogram LVEF 60%, no vegetations
- US Abdomen: Fatty liver, no other changes.
