English to Arabic Medical Medical: Health Care

Unable to stand and walk. Wheelchair pushed by caregiver to go from one place to another.
Totally dependent for- toileting, bathing/showering, and max assist in other ADLs (except feeding) Moderate Rt sided body neglect.
Patient still showed that impaired attention and decreased endurance. Needed Max prompt to make her participation in movement or tasks.
Patient showed improvement of shoulder elevator and abductor; MMT 1 to 2/5
