That's how I'd say it anyway. :) Hope my contribution helps although I see all answers suggested here are so great. :)

I see "proven" here implies that they are trustworthy not necessarily certified although the meaning may go either way.

I'd say ثقة not موثوق أو موثوقين as the former sounds better to my humble ears :) although the latter is deinfitely as good and right if not even better!
