so u will translate (@help) as follows:
(@التعليمات) because @ refers to the software it self not for the word.

yea, Ms. Hanan, when we translate the Software, we should translate the word in english and put the Arabic translation between brackets, for example:
- press Next button.
-اضغط على الزر Next (التالي).
and so on.

I am not sure if @help is actually a part of an e-mail address. E-mail addresses are never translated in whole or in part. If I am missing something, please provide more context. Thanks.
