If you look at the link, it says Fish (Fishy) - A term used to describe a drag queen who looks extremely feminine, or one who convincingly resembles a biological woman. The term is a reference to the scent of a woman's vagina, which is colloquially likened to the smell of fish. Although the term is considered to be a compliment among Drag Queens, it is often considered to be an insult among biological women. So I am only guessing, those drag queens who look exactly like women, which is not the norm in this business. Again, it's just a guess |

يبالغون في التشبه بالنساء أو في مظهرهم النسائي Explanation: In the gay world, more specifically amongst homosexuals, to act or be fishy is to act or be feminine. Also in the tranny world, to be fishy means to excel at being a woman, without much effort. Fishy is an adjective from the noun fish. |
