Mendimi im është ai që vura në kuadratin e referencës. Sapo shtova dhe një fragment tjetër që më bind edhe më tepër për 2 gjëra:
- ky term do studiuar më nga afër si përdoret pikërisht në Hollandë
- përkurfizohet si "release from liabilities" dhe paragrafi i fundit i vë kapakun: The adoption of the annual accounts by our shareholders does not release the members of our board of directors from liability for acts reflected in those documents. Any such release from liability requires a separate shareholders’ resolution. (Me fjalë të tjera: they cannot be discharged/released from liability without a separate resolution). Ende mendon se bëhet fjalë për shkarkim nga detyra?
Jam e bindur dhe për një gjë tjetër: Shtrimi i pyetjeve shpesh bëhet pasi përkthyesi e ka rrahur fjalorin bashkë me burime të tjera dhe nuk gjen zgjidhje të goditura. Në qoftë se përkthimi këtu do të ishte "shkarkim", kjo është fjala numër një në renditjen e kuptimeve në çdo fjalor dhe nuk do të ishte nevoja të pyetej.
