Roggenbrotmedaillons Explanation: Es geht wohl um mit einer Ausstecherform ausgestochene runde Roggenbrotschreibchen, etwa wie Pumpernickel. Natürlich könnten die ausgestochenen Scheibchen auch andere Formen haben, in der Welt des Fingerfoods ist das aber eher unüblich. Ich würde sie daher "Medaillons" nennen, das macht mehr her. :-) |
