informal/volunteer care/guidance/counselling Explanation: In this context I would go with 'informal guidance' or 'informal counselling' if it has to do with personal problems. There are Google hits for 'zero line care' but it appears to be the literal translation of a typically Dutch term. I have never heard it used in all my years in Canada.
