Hi colleagues,
I'm working on a medical document heavy on the abbreviations.
Some context:
29-jarige patiente FU PAP 12 maanden na CIN 1.
BELEID
TC uitslag PAP over 3-4 weken
Alle overige uitslagen -> follow-up na 12 maanden
TC: PAP 1 (ec-) / hr-HPV = positief B) FU CX hh na 12 mnd.
I know that FU stands for follow-up and CX for cervix but kind of stumped about what 'hh' could stand for.
Any ideas?

Het advies in de richtlijn voor het vervolgtraject bij onbehandelde CIN 1 is: een controle na 12 maanden, waarbij een uitstrijkje én een HPV-bepaling (de zogenaamde combinatietest) wordt gedaan.

Dat zou betekenen dat na 12 maanden die zogeheten combinatietest moet worden herhaald.
