It's about, I think anyhow, the speed that rolls are fed through, so that means speed, which includes stop/start and pressure fundtions that are both automatic as well as manually controlled, fully automated sytems taking care of influences from the surroundings to make sure that paper or cardboard remain in line through the machine process so that the finished products are neat and uniform. For instance, paper is sensitive to wind and humidity, computerized systems can respond automatically to any changes on the workshop floor. |
