SGS Agrocontrol and the Dutch research institute TNO will carry out these compliance inspections until 2003. In checking whether a particular establishment meets the IKB requirements, SGS Agrocontrol/TNO rely on the slaughterhouse’s quality manual, in which the system of quality control used in the slaughterhouse is described.
